	驱动器维修	型号:RXRM-10A-XXF 带通讯卡	台	0	steel plant	炼钢厂连铸机用驱动器属于连铸机关键设备备件。线下8台驱动器其中1#连铸机2流4台，2#连铸机1流4台在线使用均超过16个月需进行检测维修。因公司内部无检测修复能力因此申请外委专业厂家对其进行检测维修。维修要求： 1、对驱动器整体进行检测，修复，使其达到新品出厂要求。 2、检查内部电路和元件是否有老化、开路等现象。 3、检查驱动器各输出接口，端子是否完好。 4、对检测结果和维修内容出具报告经甲方签字确认后再进行维修。 5、维修更换下的旧件随修复好的驱动器一同返厂，返厂附带旧件清单。 6、维修后的驱动器质保期为上线后正常使用1年。
	电动缸维修	RXEV-00A-XXF	台	0	steel plant	炼钢厂2#连铸机1流4台电动缸2023年8月19日上线使用在线使用14个月，需要下线进行外委修复保养。修复内容及要求： 1、电动缸整体检查保养，更换丝杆套件，更换轴承。 2、伺服电机检查保养，编码器、测温元件检测；更换电机前后轴承，更换电机引出线和信号引出线，伺服电机故障处理恢复正常。 3、检查各润滑部件，并按规定打润滑油。 4、若有需要更换的其他元件全部由修复厂家负责提供。 5、进行调试保证恢复至新品出厂标准要求。 6、更换下的元件随修复好的电动缸一同送回，并附带旧件更换清单两份。 7、电动缸拉走后20天内出具检测报告，检测报告甲方确认签字后进行维修。
