2.具有有效期内的营业执照（三证合一）；银行开户证明、法人授权委托书及该公司为被委托人缴纳的加盖社保部门印章的社保证明（包含法人及被授权人身份证复印件）；
3.注册资金≥500万元；
4.具备有效期内所投标项目的经营资质；
5.具备一定的资金实力，接受天津钢铁集团有限公司的付款方式；
7.因此产品为危化品，属性特殊，要求报名人具有相关的经营业绩，能提供近两年至少三份供货业绩证明（合同及对应发票复印件，需加盖公章）；
8.凡有意参与报名单位请按要求提供资质文件，同时签订《廉洁诚信合作协议》（附后），随资质一起提供，审核通过后具备参标资格。
以上资料需提供复印件一份并全部加盖公章，且清晰无误。
