2.提供具有有效期内的营业执照（三证合一）；银行开户证明、法人授权委托书（包含法人及被授权人身份证复印件）、近12个月的授权单位的社保缴费记录、厂房土地使用/租赁证明、近两年至少三份不同买方的对外合同业绩并附对应发票（复印件需加盖公章）、体系认证文件、廉洁协议等资质文件。
3.注册资金≥500万元；
4.具备有效期内所投标项目的经营资质；
5.具备一定的资金实力，接受天津钢铁集团有限公司的付款方式；
7.报名人具有相关的生产加工等经营资质业绩；
8.凡有意参与报名单位请按要求提供资质文件，同时签订《廉洁诚信合作协议》（附后），随资质一起提供，审核通过后具备参标资格。
以上资料需提供复印件一份并全部加盖公章，且清晰无误。
